An Opportunity Unlike Ever Before

Our Mission

To reindustrialize American hemp harmoniously into the economy.

Hemp: A Proud American Heritage

Hemp's roots run deep in American soil. Founding fathers George Washington and Thomas Jefferson cultivated this versatile crop at Mount Vernon and Monticello, connecting us to our agricultural past and inspiring our vision for a greener, more prosperous future.

The Hemp Journey: From Prohibition to Legalization

The early 20th century brought challenges, culminating in the 1937 Marihuana Tax Act, which unconstitutionally banned hemp cultivation. However, the 2018 Farm Bill, signed by President Donald J. Trump, marked a new era of opportunity, reviving the American hemp industry.

What is Hemp?

Legally defined as Cannabis sativa L. with less than 0.3% delta-9 THC, hemp is distinct from marijuana, allowing its cultivation for various applications. Uniquely, THCA (Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid) is the biosynthetic precursor for THC. THCA itself is non-psychoactive and must undergo decarboxylation to convert into THC, which produces psychoactive effects. This process explains the increasing popularity of various hemp-derived cannabinoids, such as Delta 8, 9, 10, O, and HC, all of which are legally derived from hemp.

The Growing Impact of Hemp

In 2023, American farmers cultivated 27,680 acres of hemp, marking a significant resurgence. At USA

  • Sustainable textiles and fabrics
  • Eco-friendly building materials
  • Biodegradable plastics
